In just 10 minutes, you will get a printout on how many calories you need to eat for your personal metabolism, called the Target Caloric Zones. You will also know if your metabolism is slow, normal or fast, and how many calories you burn doing 30 minutes of aerobic exercise. Recommendations are made at the end of the session.

“Basic” Nutrition Program: 60 minutes

We will start your personal nutrition session discussing your lifestyle, current eating habits, medical history, medications you are taking, and sleep patterns. I'll educate you on your nutritional needs and help you set achievable and realistic goals. You will take home handouts and educational materials for easy reference.

 

 

Advanced Nutrition Program:

  • 60 minutes with Joey
  • "Basic" Nutrition Program
  • Metabolic Test (Metabolism) 
  • Detailed Report & Analysis
  • 14-Day Meal Plan
  • % Body Fat and % Body Water Analysis

To advance your nutritional goals, this 60 minute program will provide you with the “Basic” Nutrition Program, a 14-day meal plan, your current body fat percentage, and current body water percentage. The Basic Plus Nutrition Program also includes a measure of your metabolic rate (metabolism with a detailed report and analysis. This will help determine exactly how many calories are needed for weight maintenance. weight loss or weight gain. A simple machine can measure your metabolic rate in approximately 10 minutes.  This is a must for your health if you want to lose weight.


Total Nutrition Program:

  • 90 minutes with Joey
  • Metabolic Test (Metabolism)
  • Detailed Report & Analysis
  • 7 day personalized meal plan 
  • % body fat and % body water analysis

The Total Nutrition Program is for those who want to have their total nutritional needs addressed.  You will receive a personalized meal plan for 7 days with appropriate percentages of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.     Nutrition by Joey will create a meal plan using as much of your "normal" food you currently eat now (if it meets your nutritional needs and calorie amount) making sure your nutrient needs will be met, and with the proper carbohydrates, proteins, and fats desiriable to meet your weight goal.. 

    3-day, 5-day, 7-day, and 14-day meal plans are available.

     

  • Target Caloric Zones 

    The number or calories you eat in a day determine whether you will maintain, gain, or lose weight. To help you understand how your own metabolism affects this, we have developed Target Caloric Zones.

  • These Zones are calculated using your individual Metabolic Rate Test. They pinpoint the precise number of calories your body needs each day to lose or maintain weight effectively.
